Ambulance Services: Computer Aided Dispatch Data Data Provision Notice

This is a quarterly collection of aggregated data relating to Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) information, submitted by Ambulance Trusts in England to NHS England.
The data is used by NHS England to support the development of Model Hospital productivity metrics for ambulance services.
Data is required for the following activity:

<li>data from Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>ambulance dispatch
<ul>
<li>data from Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems.</li>
</ul>

NHSE-SD Data Catalogue

This standard is published under section 250 of the Health and Social Care Act 2012.

Data in this collection records the time taken between a 999 call and a patient’s treatment at scene and the data fields include both category and response type as well as vehicle information.
